ASG Fraud Abatement Policy

Internet Credit Card Fraud is rampant and is a constant threat to our organization.

We may at our discretion inquire with you for additional or supporting documentation to release your order. Failure to comply with these valid requests will result in the cancellation of your order without notification.

Fraudulent orders or attempted fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Artemis Solutions Group maintains a close working relationship with Law Enforcement Authorities in the US and abroad and WILL report all unathorized attempt to procure ID Making Supplies or Systems.

These policies are not to be waived under any circumstances.

Artemis Solutions Group maintains an industry leading fraud abatement policy and as such your order is subject to being cancelled WITHOUT NOTIFICATION for ANY of the following reasons -

* Use of a free email (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, freemail, or others) address as primary method of communication. Only email addresses from valid, traceable and verifiable domains will be accepted.
* IP Addresses are tracked during the order process. If we can verify you are spoofing or otherwise masking your IP address to place the order it will be cancelled immediately with no further recourse.
* Attempting to ship an order through a freight forwarding company to a destination outside the US without notification and approval of ASG.
* Ordering High Encryption Security products for shipment to a freight forwarding company
* Orders to be shipped to so called "Mail Drop Sites" such as MBE, UPS Stores, Kinko's, etc.
* Listing of an invalid telephone number or email address on your order or failing to list a phone or email contact.
* Failure to fill out completely the Order Form during checkout
* Request to ship a product or service to an address other than the billing verified address of your credit card company without proper documentation as required by our guidelines.
* Refusal to comply with any of our fraud abatement or international shipping guidelines.

Ordering Policy - Domestic Shipment

Effective Jan 01, 2008 our shipping rates for Ground Shipment within the United States lower 48 are as follows:

Free Ground Shipping (UPS or FedEx, Best Way) on orders over $100 shipped to locations within the United States.

All expedited shipping will be calculated and charged based on the weight of the shipment and its destination and will be quoted on an individual bases for both domestic and international shipping.

Ordering Policy - International Shipment

Please review our International Shipment Policy for orders being delivered outside of the United States. Artemis Solutions Group endeavors to satisfy all of our customers throughout the world.
To facilitate International Delivery of our Products outside the United States (and US Insular Possessions), please follow the procedure listed below:

International Online order through our website for orders involving a credit card other than American Express will not be accepted - PERIOD.  We WILL verify the charge with American Express Charge Verification Group and they WILL contact you directly to verify the charge.  If this process fails, we will NOT ship the goods.

* YOU ARE responsible for payment of any Duties, Taxes, GST, PST or other fees for importing your order into your country or to its final destination.
* We will include 3 copies of the sales invoice on the OUTSIDE of your package for import duty declaration.
* You are responsible for clearing customs in your country with your preferred broker.
* We will verify with UPS or FEDEX the validity of any account number presented.

* Your order MUST comply with all US Export Regulations and the Import Regulations of your country.
* US State sales tax will NOT be charged on your purchase.

Payment options for International Orders (Orders outside the US and Canada) are limited to one of the following:

* Wire Transfer - email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to obtain our wire transfer form.
* American Express - WORLDWIDE - If the sale is over $500.00 US we require a photocopy of your AMEX card front and back, government ID, and signed authorization to charge your account must be faxed to our office at +1-360-331-4828.  We will mark out the first 12 digits of your credit card number when we approve these documents and place these items in our records for a period of ONE YEAR (Contestability period) and will then destroy them.
* Pre-Payment by US Certified Funds - Mailed to our office at ASG Sales, PO Box 403, Freeland, WA 98249. Please send a copy of your order form with payment.

Orders shipped outside the United States do not qualify for return authorization. Items held in customs by receiving country will NOT be reimbursed.
