Free Cleaning Kits From ASG Global

Nothing says love to your ID Card Printer like a fresh cleaning and nothing else can extend the life of your printer farther.  This simple process is often the most overlooked of all of the ID Badge Processor's responsibilities.  ASG Global announces today September 23, 2011 that we will ship FREE Cleaning Supplies to all of our customers with their ribbon orders.

Thank you so much for your continued patronage of ASG Global for your PVC ID Printer consumables and supplies.  

My name is James Childers, and I am the President and CEO of ASG Global Companies and your business means quite a bit to us and I want to say “Thank You”.  

In these tough economic times, it is important that we all squeeze every drop of productivity out of our ID Printer investment and maintain the equipment properly and within the manufacturers guidelines.  This maintenance includes cleaning the printer on a regular basis.  Unfortunately this is often the most overlooked by most users and many people never even clean their printer which can void the warranty.  It is very frustrating for us as a manufacturer’s representative and authorized repair partner for Evolis and Fargo when we have to inform our customer that their printer is not covered under warranty because of neglect and/or failure to follow proper cleaning procedures.  This is an uncomfortable conversation which can easily be avoided.

Most manufacturers (including Evolis) require for validation of the warranty that the printer be cleaned at least every 1000 cards. We have found however that cleaning the printer when changing EACH ribbon greatly improves the quality of the printed product AND greatly increases the lifespan of the printer.

To show our gratitude, and show a continuing commitment to you, our customer, and that we care about both current and future business, and your investment in ID Technology, I am making an “Executive Decision” effective today.

From today forward, any printer ribbon order from ANY ASG Global Company will include a FREE Cleaning Card, Swab, and Wipe for your use when changing supplies in your ID printer.  It doesn’t matter what ribbon is ordered, even if it is the cheapest black panel only ribbon, this promotion will remain in effect until further notice and will NOT need to be added to your cart.  (Offer not valid on special cleaning cards for DNP or other re-transfer printers and does not include “sticky rollers” which must also be replaced on some Zebra printers)

When you order ANY printer ribbon from us, you will automatically receive

ONE Cleaning Card which will automatically clean the card-path in your printer with a manufacturer  approved alcohol infused card.   Check your manufacturers procedures for cleaning your particular printer.

One Cleaning Swab which will allow you to GENTLY clean the printhead via the manufacturers suggested method and to clean further any card-path debris.

One Cleaning Wipe which will allow you to GENTLY clean any printer rollers (non-sticky rollers)
