ASG Global, Inc. is now a Certified Repair Center for the Evolis line of ID Printers. Now, not only do we sell the best ID Card Printer brand, we service them as well.

I am often asked why we don't carry other ID Printers on a regular basis and focus solely on the Evolis ID Printers for Dye Sublimation and the Fargo HDP5000 for Reverse Transfer technologies. I hope I can shed a light on this decision by ASG Global, and impress upon our customers the importance of WHY we have chosen this path. We could be like most of the box vendors, or Internet stores that never answer their phone and just sell whatever product (Zebra, DataCard, NiSCA, DNP, and others) makes them a few bucks, or we can focus on being a solutions provider and offering a unique value-add for our products. I chose the latter. We were an original launch partner with Evolis here in the United States when they launched the "New Pebble" printer in 2004. I was impressed with the quality of the product and the support we as a reseller/integrator received. I was also impressed with the company's vision. Evolis has a vision to produce the best quality product and support it with a ful effort. Unlike most of our competitors, we actually USE the products we sell in our service bureau (www.cardstyle.net) to print cards for customers on a daily basis and when it comes to ease of use, durability and quality - nobody beats Evolis. As an Evolis Certified Repair Center, we now have additional capabilities which our competition cannot offer. We can diagnose, repair and update your Evolis printers either in our shop or remotely using GoToAssist by Citrix. If you are looking for a company that stands behind their products, supports them and actually uses them on a daily basis, give us a call. Yes, we will beat ANY price on genuine Evolis products from any Authorized Reseller and will hand-hold during the setup, install and initial use phase, but now we can offer more... the ability to fully support a product in which we whole-heartedly believe.
