ABS is merging its operations with iGuardDirect.com. Your sales & support channels for iGuard and ievo biometric technology are changing...

Between now and September 19, 2011, American Biometric Systems, Inc. ("ABS") is merging its on-going operations with iGuardDirect.com, a division of ASG Global, Inc. of Freeland, WA ("ASG Security Solutions"). This strategic merger will offer you a greatly expanded range of technology and provide you access to a world class team of security specialists who will assist you in defining and supplying all your facility security needs.

Between now and September 19th, ABS' Florida office will continue to respond to your inquiries and orders, providing the same level of customer support to which you have become accustomed (PLEASE NOTE THE NEW PHONE NUMBERS BELOW). However, on September 20th, iGuardDirect.com's Call Center will assume control of incoming calls and become your primary point of contact for sales and support requests.
